Please inspect arrived package and products as soon as they arrive to your door.
If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and our Customer Service Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and items exactly as they arrived.
Storage Requirements:
Mer Sauvage for best results, to insure product freshness and for maximum storage capacity should be stored between 25F to 28F.
Sturgeon caviar has a lot of natural vitamins A, B, C, D, E. It has natural phosphorus, iron as well as rich source of sodium, calcium, magnesium and contains high amount of iodine.
Therefore under no circumstances you should ever freeze Sturgeon and never stored below 25F. If caviar is ever frozen all natural vitamins and micro elements will die. It’s egg brakes and caviar becomes mushy with lots of slime.
Unfortunately most household refrigerators don’t have those capabilities and can not be set between at 25F to 28F. A professional grade refrigerator is required.
Therefore we suggest to place caviar to coldest place of your refrigerator and set it as low as possible between 25F to 40F.
Return Policy

Return Upon Receipt for Suspected Damage:
Returns of caviar are accepted only immediately upon receipt if you suspect that the jars are swollen, opened, or damaged. In such cases, we request that you promptly notify us of the issue.
Product Condition:
The caviar must be returned in its undamaged, unopened original packaging with all seals and labels intact. The product must not have been frozen or improperly stored.
Purchase Verification:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and verifying the returned caviar, we will process a refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase. The refund process may take up to 7 business days.
Exclusions:
Products that have been damaged after delivery, opened, used, or stored improperly are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for the caviar.
